Remotie is a concierge placement service for remote AI training work. A recruiter finds roles and manages your application on your behalf — you track progress, complete identity and skills verification, and get paid through your Remotie wallet. You can also browse and apply to jobs yourself from the Jobs page.

Accounts are created through a recruiter's unique signup link, or through the general sign-up page. Once you sign up, you'll complete a short onboarding flow in order: profile details, resume upload, identity verification, and a skills questionnaire.

You'll land on the Jobs page, where you can browse roles our partners are actively hiring for and apply directly, or wait for your recruiter to apply you to a role on your behalf.

Every application moves through the same pipeline: Account Creation, Resume Optimization, Virtual Interview, Identity Verification, Technical Assessment, Job Offer / Contract Agreement, and Onboarding & Kickoff. You can always see exactly which stage an application is at from your dashboard.

Stages unlock in order — for example, Technical Assessment only unlocks once Identity Verification for that application has been approved. This keeps the process consistent for every candidate.

Your recruiter needs something from you before the application can move forward — check the note on the application's detail page for exactly what's needed and any relevant link.

Onboarding includes a one-time identity check to activate your account. Most individual applications also require their own re-verification before they can advance a stage — this protects both you and the partner organization, and only takes a couple of minutes.

You'll see the rejection reason on the verification step, along with a retry option — make sure your ID and selfie are well-lit and unobstructed. If it keeps failing, start a live chat and we'll help directly.

A government-issued photo ID and a live selfie captured through the verification flow — either directly on the device you're using, or by scanning a QR code to continue on your phone.

Add a payout method from your Earnings page, then request a withdrawal against your available balance. Funds move to pending the moment you request, and are released once an admin approves and pays it out.

Yes — the platform-wide minimum is shown right on the withdrawal form. It's set by our admin team and may change from time to time.

The held amount is returned to your available balance so you can request again — check your wallet for any note explaining why it was rejected.

Yes — every job listed on Remotie is 100% remote.

You can have a limited number of self-applied jobs in progress at once, shown on the Jobs page — this keeps quality high across every active application. Jobs your recruiter applies you to directly don't count against this limit.

No — submitting it completes that onboarding step regardless of your answers. It isn't scored.

Yes — you can sign up directly, complete onboarding, and browse and apply to jobs yourself from the Jobs page. A recruiter is still assigned to manage your applications from there.
